With nearly a decade of personal fitness experience, I’ve dedicated much of my life to understanding how the body responds to movement, strength training, and nutrition, as well as the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. ​
About Me
My journey includes overcoming my own knee and posture challenges. Working with a specialist taught me the importance of biomechanics and gait patterns, refining my knowledge in those areas.
Having spent years in a corporate environment myself, I know firsthand how desk work can affect posture, lead to muscle imbalances, and even cause some muscles to atrophy. Now, as a certified Personal Trainer, I’m passionate about helping others in similar roles improve their posture, build balanced strength, and achieve overall health. And if you're interested, I can also help you prepare to compete in Hyrox.
